Refund Policy (Draft)

This draft applies to paid Maitra Growth Learning cohorts and Partners engagements once invoiced. The free demo workshop has no fee and therefore no refund.

Learning cohorts

• Cancellation more than 7 days before cohort start: full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees if applicable.
• Cancellation within 7 days of start: 50% credit toward a future cohort within 6 months, or case-by-case review.
• After cohort start: no cash refunds; makeup options may be offered at our discretion.

Partners

Discovery calls are free. Paid subscription or pay-as-you-grow work is billed per the signed proposal. Unused prepaid months may be paused or credited as stated in the agreement.
